中華男籃隊31日在菲律賓進行2013年亞錦賽前最後一次練球，為8月1日開幕日之戰做最後衝刺，但卻傳出利空消息，「大房東」曾文鼎身體微恙，可能無法先發上陣。
中華隊今天在副場館Ninoy Aquino Stadium練球，曾文鼎腰部依然不適，明天對約旦一役可能先讓「少俠」田壘與戴維斯（Quincy Davis）組成禁區搭檔。
由於馬尼拉當地交通仍在「黑暗期」，今天大會特地派出警車替各隊開道，以免前天的「果凍惡夢」再現，中華隊總教練許晉哲認為此舉確實有幫助。
今年威廉瓊斯盃，中華隊以91：61痛宰約旦，亞錦賽雙方人馬差距不大，不過許晉哲提醒球員千萬別輕敵，「當時我們有主場優勢，贏再多都不算數，必須把比賽當成五五波，穩穩拿下勝利。」他說。
2013年亞錦賽明天開戰，被分在A組的中華隊將於下午1點15分首戰約旦，2日同樣時間出戰沙烏地阿拉伯，3日晚間8點半挑戰地主菲律賓。
