主計處今天公布第2季經濟成長率概估為2.27%，比5月預測的1.98%增加0.29個百分點。澳盛銀行發表最新評論指出，台灣的經濟在第2季出現反彈，主計處公布的第2季經濟成長率概估，略高於市場預期。

澳盛銀行分析，主要是因為出口和民間消費的改善，而概估資本形成卻實質負成長3.03%，對下半年經濟成長動能增添隱憂。不過澳盛銀行認為，雖然中國大陸經濟成長趨緩，可能對台灣經濟成長帶來風險，但美國、日本的復甦可能可減緩相關影響。

另外，澳盛銀行認為，我中央銀行在9月的理監事會議，仍會維持利率在1.875%。
