陸軍542旅義務役下士洪仲丘究竟是如何被整死？當時涉嫌不當操課的戒護士陳毅勳，日前也遭到收押，成了繼副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正和上士范佐憲後，第4位遭到羈押的被告。陳毅勳被依「凌虐部屬」罪名羈押，其委任律師孔令則表示，陳毅勳在裡面「過得不好」，並認為部分指控並非事實，將提抗告爭取自由。
陳毅勳被爆料指控，洪仲丘當時被關在禁閉室時，真正狠操洪仲丘的正是陳毅勳，他過去在禁閉室內就有「健身達人」的稱號，大家都知道他很會操兵。日前就有和洪仲丘一起關禁閉的「C先生」出面爆料，陳毅勳多日的魔鬼訓練，正是導致洪仲丘不幸身亡的最後一根稻草。
禁閉生指控陳毅勳凌虐部屬，他也是目前4名遭收押的被告中，指控罪名所涉及刑期是最重的，恐面臨最輕7年、最重無期徒刑的刑責。被指控是狠操洪仲丘的元凶，其母親日前也替兒子喊冤。29日委任律師孔令則表示，他在探望陳毅勳後，陳毅勳表示「在裡面過得不好！」
孔令則說，陳毅勳在裡面過得壓力很大，與他談過了解案情，將會向法院提出抗告，替他爭取自由。
