 流體力學有一個規則，那就是流速和水管截面積成反比
(因為每單位時間在任何截面通過的流量都要一樣)
(這裡的截面積為半徑^2*3.14，半徑他有給你了)
 
 我拿圖1當例子，水在半徑R的水管流速是水在半徑2R水管流速的4倍
(因為截面積=1/4倍)
 
 如果水的最終流速比最初流速快，代表作正功
 如果水的最終流速比最初流速慢，代表作負功
(正功定義:總動能增加，負功定義:總動能減少，動能正比於速度的平方，意即速度越快，動能越大)

因此答案:
(1)零
(2)正功
(3)負功
(4)零
