新法:
役男家屬患有中度以上身心障礙，除役男及有照顧能力
之家屬一人外，無其他家屬照顧或其他家屬均屬前款情
形；中度以上身心障礙家屬超過一人時，每增加一人得
增列有照顧能力之家屬一人。

家中四人:父61歲有輕度身心障礙，母53歲，兄(有重大傷病
卡，重度精神病)，我(服一般替代役中).

不知道父親這樣算不算有照顧能力一人?
可以提前退役或改家因服役??
