為了追查陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，軍檢與洪仲丘家屬28日上午9點重回269旅禁閉室模擬，希望能釐清真相。不過，洪家的委任律師卻批評軍檢處處刁難。
軍檢、桃檢、洪仲丘家屬、269旅禁閉士陳毅勳28日上午9點重回楊梅269旅禁閉室，模擬洪仲丘在禁閉室出操的情況。
不過，洪家的委任律師邱顯智卻批評軍檢臨時通知要開4個庭，讓他們無法陪同家屬前往禁閉室，全程觀看現場模擬。
