美國聯準會(Fed)紐約分行周四(25日)說，在昨(24)日為止的1周裡，Fed總共購入154億美元的機構抵押貸款證券(MBS)，少於前一周的176.5億美元。

在幫助房市的措施中，Fed是在前(2011)年10月起啟動了購債行動。

該分行亦在其網站上表示，Fed在最近一周裡並未賣出任何由房利美(Fannie Mae)和房地美(Freddie Mac)所擔保的任何抵押貸款證券。

去(2012)年9月14日時，Fed在其第3輪大規模購債行動中把MBS購入規模增加至每月400億美元，以求支撐房市復甦和提振經濟成長。
