【石明啟／桃園報導】邱顯智表示，家屬認為依規定士官不能送禁閉，沈身為542旅長，也承認看過所有關禁閉的文件，還核准仲丘送禁閉，如果沈沒核准，仲丘不會從542旅送到269旅（關禁閉），因此認為，沈是有責任，若軍方認為沈沒有責任，偵查終結沒有將沈列為被告，家屬除了不能接受外，律師團也會研議對沈提出巨額民事賠償，不相信一般法院會認為沈一點責任都沒有。
