"Will" you marry me, means I am asking, and I want an answer now.

"Would" means will you consider marrying me...like in the futrue. It is almost
like "would you condider it". If the answer is yes, then they still have to ask "will
you" at some point.

or

Will is much more present; would is in passing.
But it's really not the grammatical conontation of the word usage is it?
It's more of what matters to you and whether you are asking or passing.
Will is the standard way of saying it and deserves to be noted for that.
