【陳如嬌╱台北報導】民航局日前完成法規修正草案，把設立航空公司的國際運輸或貿易業者，須連3年營收達100億元的門檻，降為60億元，預定下月公告實施。中華航空已在評估成立廉價航空可行性，年底應會有結果。  

民航局指若有新業者加入，東南亞和東北亞航線票價會有很大優惠空間，目前已有國外廉價航空來台探詢與國籍航空合設公司的可行性，法規鬆綁應可加速廉價航空在台誕生。
