毒澱粉風暴越滾越大，自6月1日起業者販售相關產品，須張貼澱粉原料商出具的安全證明。民進黨發言人林俊憲今（28）日表示，食品安全發生問題，政府要立即賠償給受害人，政府再向肇事的廠場與個人求償。
林俊憲指出，黑心食品的問題不在食品本身，政府本來就要負起把關責任，從三聚氰胺、塑化劑、過期食品原料，再到毒澱粉，顯示政府管制的鬆弛。
林俊憲表示，食品安全問題一旦發生了，政府要有能力快速做彌補工作，例如賠償的部份，政府應立即賠償給受害人，政府再向肇事的廠場與個人求償。
林俊憲也呼籲，朝野為了國民健康，應就食品衛生法好好來談，但造成如此廣泛傷害國民健康的事，行政查驗的工作，也就是政府的行政稽查出了問題，未做好把關工作。
