李登輝：台灣國不成國　應制新憲

前總統李登輝的新書「為主作見證─李登輝的信仰告白」本月31日發表，闡述信仰在生命中關鍵時刻的影響，而據了解，近期李登輝也將發表另一本新書「二十一世紀台灣要到哪裡去」，書中認為，台灣的內在問題則包括軍事自衛不足、國家自我認同的確立、追求民主化過程中所產生的族群對立，而台灣最大的悲哀就是「國不成國」，也就是以台灣作為主體的國家認同仍有待確立，應透過制定新憲法來解決。
