火化13天隔空開死亡證明　榮總醫遭起訴

【葉國吏／綜合報導】台北榮總有醫師「隔空」替病人開死亡證明遭起訴。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，一名黃姓癌症病患去年2月死亡，巫姓法醫以「心因性猝死」為由開死亡證明書，不過死者的家屬憂心會因此無法請領癌症險理賠，便在死者火化13天後再要求榮總醫師「再開一次」，這也因此違反醫師法規定「醫師非親自檢驗屍體，不得交付死亡證明書或死產證明書」，士林地檢署依偽造文書罪起訴該位榮總醫師。
