一.
在下方網址看到有網友回答關於勞保基數的計算,依然看不懂...
請問勞基法與勞保有何不同.
那到底保在公司或職業工會的勞工申請一次給付時是怎麼算基數的.
是前15年算兩個基數或15年以後才算兩個基數.

二.聽朋友說以後可能不是最後三年的投保平均薪資來算一次給付,前些時候.有在研議以最後15年的平均投保薪資來算.可是我都沒找到相關的討論或文章.
其實我覺得以最後三年是不公平的,因為薪資比較高時反而是以前比較年輕時!
二.
勞保保了15年以上,年滿55歲可申請一次給付.
請問是年滿55歲以後的任何時間(56歲或57歲...)都可提出申請,或在剛好滿15歲的那天或那年一定要提出申請?,
